Our return & refund policy is simple
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from The Bottle Upcycler. If for any reason your are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do whatever it takes to make things right.
If your product arrives damaged or is not as stated on our website. Just use our contact us form and let us know. Make sure to include your order number. You have 15 days after receiving your order to make a request.
- We will either refund your money or send you new product.
- Depending on the nature of the issue (nothing wrong with the product, changed your mind, buyer remorse, etc.), we may ask you ship the product in question back to us before issuing your credit.
- Either way, we’ll make the return process as easy as possible.
